Getting Around Our Site

No matter what page you’re on in our Website, there are always three easy ways to find exactly what you’re looking for. Every page gives you the option to enter a Search, to Shop, or to access our Site Index. To search for a specific item, type either the item name, keywords that describe the item, or the item SKU number into the Search field on the upper right hand section of every page. You can also browse for an item by moving your mouse over the Shop button at the top of every page. This will reveal a window of Categories to look through to help you locate the item. Or you can click on the Site Index appearing at the bottom section of every page. A list of Categories to choose from will appear to assist you in locating the item you’re interested in.

Telephone Orders

While we strive to give you all the information you need to order online, we understand that sometimes you just need a bit more info. That’s what our customer service department is all about. Our associates are standing by from 9 am to 6 pm EST. Just call 347-993-6770.

International Orders

Most merchandise from Medlief.com can be shipped internationally. Just add your desired products to the formm on our International Order Tab. You can also email  cs@medlief.com, or call 347-993-6770  for a quote and to place your order. All international orders must be prepaid via Paypal or Wire Transfer and may take additional Processing time. Please see out Shipping policy for more details.

Back Orders

As hard as we try to keep all of our items in stock, we occasionally underestimate the popularity of our merchandise. In these instances, we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of the Estimated Ship Date and Possible Alternatives.. We trust you’ll find our products worth the wait.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax on items delivered to these states: NY.
